Volunteers Signup & Information Form
The Catholic Fellowship Disability Network welcomes applications from anyone wanting to apply to become a volunteer. The charity is required to collect contact and compliance information on anyone volunteering in the organisation. We have made it a simple process to ensure it complies with UK legislation. Please complete the below form if you are a new volunteer or wish to update significant information.
All volunteers are required to undertake the following checks;
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check, Identity and Eligibility to Volunteer in the UK, Character Referencing, Code of Conduct and Health & Safety Clearance.
Although this may sound like a lot of information, it is what is required by law but we make it as easy as we can and help you through the process. Dependent on each individual, this may not be an extensive list.
